www.insta4dl.com respects the intellectual property of others. We do not host Instagram content on our servers: media is fetched from Instagram on request and streamed directly to the user. We nevertheless take copyright concerns seriously.
Submitting a notice
If you believe your copyrighted work is being made available through the Service in a way that infringes your rights, send a notice to info@insta4dl.com including:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The exact Instagram URL(s) of the content concerned.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
On receiving a valid notice we will block the listed URLs from being processed by the Service. Because the content itself lives on Instagram, you may also want to report it directly to Instagram through its copyright form.
